YES! Despite living in SoCal, this is our at-home taco template, due to the fact I was raised in jersey by a midwestern mom. However, we serve ours with chicken rice-a-roni. I even have the exact dish my mom made her rice in, and a similar baguette pan to warm the tacos, as she did. I like your style dude
