Measured Ingredients:

  • 245g (Raw) Chicken Breast
  • 20g (Frozen) Edamame Beans
  • 60g (Frozen) Broccoli Bouquets
  • 78g (Frozen) Potato Slices
  • 50g (Pickled) Pearl Onions

Not counted:

  • Dash of soy sauce
  • Spices; Dried Garlic, Pepper, Cumin, Salt
  • Small puddle of Frank's Red Hot Smoked Chipotle

Method:

Added to an oven-dish, covered in foil and put in the oven for 25minutes @180C, rested for 10min before removing foil and devouring in a frenzied orgy of satisfaction.

It's very satiating, easy and hands off and most of the ingredients are frozen or have a long shelf-life so I don't need to buy a million things just to make a portion
