Hi Everyone here is a Macaroni and Cheese recipe. Total 1125 Calories. I divided it into 4 servings. However, this can make 6 or even more potentially. I just like a large portion!
Recipe.
Carb Diem elbows pasta: 660 calories.
– Cook for 15 minutes.
Classico Four Cheese Alfredo: 315
– Add after you cook and drain the pasta!
3 Slices of American Cheese: 150 Calories
– Add after you mix in the Classico sauce and stir it into the pasta
Total: 1125
Add whatever seasonings you like. It honestly taste good on its own but I added salt and pepper. You can add grated Parmesan on top.
You can also add meat, like chicken. But it will be more calories.

You don’t have to add American Cheese if you don’t like it.
There are plenty of Fat Free Cheeses that work perfectly.
Like Fat Free Cheddar or the Fiesta Blend (which is a variety of cheeses) is only 45 calories. And you can add 3 servings of it. Which is 135 Calories (less than American Cheese).
