Cheese : brie (with the rind), pepperjack
Seasoning: salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley
Other additions: sour cream in between the brie and pepperjack, honey on top of the brie.
Toasted in butter, on white bread, although I suspect it will be 100x better on brioche.
An absolutely godly grilled cheese. I already ate it three meals in a row, hopefully this brings you joy too.
