My first Sour Dough bread. I made my own starter with 50g of King Arthur Bread flour and 50g of water and fed for 13 days. How did I do??

    This was a 65% hydration dough made with 250g of flour using bakers %’s following a basic recipe from ChainBaker on YouTube.
