  1. I don’t eat breakfast, just black coffee or tea before noon. 0 cals.

    Lunch: egg salad made from cottage cheese and boiled eggs, with a sourdough wasa cracker. 230 cals.

    Snack: salmon and avo toast! A slice of ezekiel bread, topped with half an avocado and half a tin of Fishwife sweet and smoky salmon. 350 cals.

    Dinner: saucy teriyaki shrimp, roasted veggies, water chestnuts, and farro. 470 cals.

    Dessert: a Yasso bar and a bowl of berries. 180 cals.

    I want to try the fishwife stuff because I love tinned fish and it’s nice when already flavored but it seems so expensive 😭 is it worth it to you?

    This is exactly why I hate being 5 foot.. pls don’t take offense and everything looks super great but that’s not a lit of food and I’ve been really hungry lately. And I’m happy for u.
