  1. One the shorter videos about this place turned me on to queso frito.

    I don’t pour any honey over it, though. I just like a few fat slices, fried golden brown in a little bit of butter. Sometimes, I’ll put a bit of fried ham next to it. With or without ham, queso frito makes a wonderful breakfast.
