Anyone have meal prep ideas or examples for all in one meals for days you just don’t care to make an end of day meal.
I have the below a few times a week, always have a few in the freezer, I don’t add much seasoning beyond salt/pepper while prepping as I usually add different spice/sauce when re-heating to consume.
Very basic, but I am down 83lb at the moment!
Can also put in a wrap, burger bowl etc.
2.2lb leans mince (2%)
4.4lb mixed frozen vegetables (2.2lb also ok)
Black beans, 1x tin
Red beans, 1x tin
Chick peas, 1x tins
Chilli beans, 1x tin (won’t use again)
Sliced champignons, 1x tin
Lentils, brown, 1x tin
Tomatoes, 2x tins.
Macros divided into 8 containers came to,
530 calories
53g protein
54g carbs (lower with different veg mix)
5g fats
