    Next time don’t just hold it on the tips of your fingers. Explore with it. Rub it up and down your forearm, over your wrists/palms and, if you feel so bold, on your neck. Get that juice everywhere

    The internal temperature looks spot on. The crust doesn’t have any grill marks or bark . I would hit it with some salt at the end as well. Overall, great job !

  10. It looks good, but slightly on the undercooked side for me. I don’t think you need any more cook time, just a hotter pan. You’d get a better sear on the outside, and the middle would be slightly more done. You don’t want it way more cooked though. I’m sure it was delicious, I’d rather eat an undercooked steak than an overcooked steak any day!
