Cut thin strips of steak and rolled them in provolone slices, stood up right in a pie base and then poured egg and cream mix over abd baked.

I'd seen some food network thing for something similar on social media, a bottle of wine and some vodka was enough to attempt it.

Had almost no confidence it would come out ok when i started, quite surprised at the end result

    I could totally see this working with ham or bacon next time. Or maybe some good lactic acidy salami… Or maybe a Lebanon Bologna if your diet is pork-free… Damn now I’m gonna try that one!!
