We do the cheese board every year, and it's grown into a bigger project each time. This time, I scaled it back, had notes about what was most popular last year, and fed about 20 people with this.

    I love it! I’m really considering a full Thanksgiving charcuterie board that involves small tapas-style turkey/stuffing/cranberry bites, mashed potato pancakes with some form of herbed creme fraiche, and just going full tasting table.
