Made three types of chocolate cookies for a friend who loves chocolate – brown butter chocolate chip cookies with hazelnut, brownie cookies, and red (…ish) velvet cheesecake cookies!
Thankfully, the box is too small to fit all the cookies so I get to keep some for myself. My personal favourite is the brownie cookie – simple to put together, no chill time, and so gooey and chocolatey!
