Just fry the kale shortly (beforehand you could fry some onions and garlic as well), make 2 holes in the kale, break eggs in those (yes English def isn't my first language lol), let it simmer for 10 minutes with a lid on the pan, add goatcheese (I used about 100 grams cause I freakin love goatcheese), pepper and salt for taste:)
