I am trying to up my baking game so this is my first time trying a few things: white chocolate butter cream frosting, a forest fruit cremeux, and dark chocolate decoration on the outside. I made biscuit cakes before, but this really worked out great!
I did make the mistake of not taking the frosting out of the fridge early this morning so it was still stiff when i initially wanted to finish the cake.
