Would anyone please be able to tell me if this is 100% buckwheat noodles or if it contains wheat?

It contains wheat flour, and if I understand correctly, at about 10%

The ingredients are wheat flour, buckwheat flour, and salt.
Since wheat flour is written first, the flour content is at least 50% and the buckwheat content is less than 50%.

Since someone else already answered the flour question – Have you tried Google Lens? You just hold your phone over the text for instant translations, it’s not flawless, but really helpful.

Yeah, it is mostly wheat. Its actually pretty hard to find pura soba. Of note though when you do they’ll literally only be one ingrdient or maybe two.
In the USA i haven’t really found any outside of specialty amazon ordering. but big city asian marts might have them as they inport more brands. but most standard eas yto find brands I’ve come across aren’t. NO clue about other countries though. but even when I lived in Japan finding pure buckwheat soba in the normal groceres was rare and generally never. I only ever had that at actual sobaya
