My box has been delayed by 2 days now and I’ve been back and forth with Veho and HelloFresh customer service about it. Veho customer service absolutely sucks. They only have a text message based system and it takes forever to get a response back. and when I do get a response back finally they just repeat to me the same thing that I’ve already been told. How hard is it to just let me have my box already?????
