Made Norcina tonight for my guests. 400g of Mezze Maniche. 300g of truffled Salsicca. 250 of sheep’s Ricotta. 100g of of Pecorino Romano. 30g of black truffle. 1 onion. 3 cloves of garlic. Salt and Pepper. Turned out quite tasty.
