Made a regular loaf and maple French toast bagels

Regular loaf- 120g starter, 315g warm water 14g sea salt and 500g bread flour

Bagels- 200g starter, 450g water, 45g brown sugar, 20g salt, 900g bread four and cinnamon chips I just put as many as my heart desired.

    Forgot to add the maple flavoring I added to the bagels!
