Agreed! Was that 5th photo taken in Kyoto? I ask because my wife and I went to a ramen shop at the top of the gigantic stairs right outside the train station and I’m constantly dreaming of it.

Sir you are correct, I lived there for 3years and I’ve been searching for somewhere in the US that can make it similar. Only place that came close was Blue fin in Austin

I dunno, if you’re in San Diego/L.A./Frisco there are def. some ramen places that compare to what I get in Tokyo. The rest of the U.S., not so much.
