Located in Lincoln heights. It was a first time visit and was surprised of the quality and flavor. Next place to try is Bo Daddy’s bbq.

I love it. The best bbq I’ve had by far in California. But be warned – their meats aren’t melt off the bone tender. They have a little chew/dryness to them, which for me is preferable, but I understand I hold a minority position so I’m honestly surprised at how popular the place is because of it.

Been here a bunch of times since they opened and will continue to go…it’s good. But, I do not taste the ‘smokiness’. Is it just me? Never been to Texas so can’t compare. You can see the stacks of wood and smoker if you enter from the back. I thought i’d try Bo Daddy’s for a change since I live real close…it’s barely visible in a parking lot but that smoke flavor was really strong there like I like it. Sausage was premade, not handmade like Moo’s though.

Don’t skip the turkey or the sausages! All the sides are top notch as well. Also amazing selection of craft beers!

Brisket sliced by the pound The Burger Corn esquites Jalapeño sausage Brisket loaded beans Korean pork belly burnt ends Pickled red onions
One of the places I take out of town guests. Great service.

DO NOT GO ON THE WEEKEND AND STAND IN THAT UNHOLY LINE! GO DURING THE WEEK ITS ALWAYS HALF EMPTY! THERE ARE OTHER PLACES WITH JUST AS GOOD BBQ IF YOU WANT TO GO ON THE WEEKEND
