I have bought a Klarstein Quickstick Smart.
When I set the target temp for x degrees, it beeps when it reaches current temp x degrees, but warms the water further exactly by 10 degrees celsius, in every case.
Calibration doesnt help, as it's calibrated fine (measured the water with a pro temp meter.)
So basically my issue is that the unit warms the water +10 C each time on top of the target temp.
Is this some sous-vide feature? Is the unit faulty? Or can I change this somehow? I looked everywhere in the user manual and app, and could not find a setting where I can configure the target temprerature offset.
