One of our staff members sent me this video after closing on Wednesday. Every night we run a cleaning cycle at the end of the day, turn it back on and flush the group heads and wands. This time when she went to flush the machine nothing would come out of the steam wands and water began pouring from the bottom of the machine. Wands clogged ? Or something worse? Any tips and advice is much appreciated!
