Apologies, but I don’t remember what this was called and it’s already off the menu. It was a layer of set custard topped with crumbled bits of cake, jam, dates, poached fruit, and some other goodies. As a whole, my wife and I liked Galit a lot but were not sure if it was worth the price, but this dessert alone was enough for me to justify the splurge.
