Do you know any decent Korean restaurants in Dallas? I’ve always wanted to try this green bottle whenever I watched some Korean dramas in Netflix, and eventually went to Pocha with my Korean friends 🙂

Since it was my first time to try soju, I didn’t know about the flavor and brand. Which brand or taste is your favorite? Anyone?

If there is an H Mart around, you could buy it much cheaper than ordering it at a restaurant. H Mart would also have different flavors of soju too.

I’m not too fond of the unflavored ones. For me, it’s like taking a shot of watered down vodka. There’s a slight burn. It’s better to mix with beer (maekju).

They all taste more of less the same and it’s just a matter of personal preference. I like the red cap, b
The green is too watered down. However most people prefer green cap

chum churum is the mildest one to me. drink it with a coke back.

  4. Any unflavored ones will taste like 50/50 vodka/water. If you drank whole lot of it over the years, you’ll be able to tell the difference between different brands, and I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

It all comes down to if you like flavored or unflavored.

Flavored ones are often sweet, with lower alcohol content. Ones at H Mart aren’t truly soju, you would want to go-to a liquor store for that.
