Home made potato chips, crème fraîche, dill, chives, capers, white anchovies, flaky salt, and lime (didn’t have lemon)

Super simple and delicious the chips were perfectly crispy and the anchovies were mild and went perfectly with the herbs and richness from the crème fraîche. Definitely worth a try and you don’t have to make the chips but being able to make them bigger really worked out well for me

  2. That looks incredible, I’ve been really surprised how well Creme fraiche works with tinned fish, great with tinned mussels too
