Making hot pepper salt to sell and give away for the holidays. Great thing to make with those super hots like Carolina reapers and ghost peppers if you don’t want to make hot sauce.
I think my fav so far is 2:1 ghost pepper x fatalii or scotch bonnet. Been using 3-4 oz peppers to a pound of Morton kosher or coarse kosher.
