


I used my Anova sous vide for the first time today. I did chicken breasts for lunch which were INCREDIBLE and then did these two strip steaks for dinner. Did the America’s Test Kitchen method of 130 for 2 hours with a 1 minute sear per side and finished with a red wine pan sauce. I fear I have started a sous vide addiction 🤣
