Never was able to own a grill or smoker till now and it turned out great! Reverse seared cheap sirloins on the Weber and was able to hold the temp at 250°F for 40 min almost by sheer luck. Put on another full chimney and pulled at 125° to rest till it reached 135 internal. Looks more rare than it was.

We don’t have a wood cutting board..yet! Still missing a bunch of the nice equipment everyone has.
