Tancho recently opened off Southwest Parkway. Very tasty and good price point if you like sushi and omakase.

More details: they serve beer/wine/sake so not a full bar. They are still in process on launching to-go orders and a dessert menu. They serve both lunch and dinner. They make their rice vinegar and soy sauce in house.
