Stand-up comedian, actor and star of ABC iview’s Gold Diggers, Danielle Walker, joined Alice in the kitchen.
She brought in tortillas and shared with Alice how much she loves Mexican food.
Alice took that info and ran with it and the result is these delicious quesadillas.
Put the sweet corn, onion, garlic, roasted peppers, cheese and coriander in a bowl, then then add the taco seasoning and mix well. (ABC News: David Sier)
