An easy and quick chocolate fix. Just mash the banana and mix everything together. I microwaved it and only the outer 1/4th came out firm. The inner portion was a bit runny, but equally delicious. Baking it would probably be best. Easy to substitute or add ingredients to this recipe to fit your style (protein powder, Greek yogurt, egg whites, chocolate chips, SF syrup, etc).
