I tried something a little different for dinner last night. Eight chicken thighs marinaded with jar of Shawarma sauce and some sliced onion. I stacked them three layers thick and then cooked at 425 for about an hour. Served with flat bread, diced cucumbers and tomatoes.The warden was very happy!
