


Brined a turkey breast for two days, then hickory rubbed (with a Duke's mayo binder) and smoked. Sliced it up and made a classic.
Probably the best turkey sandwich I've ever had, though I do wish I had gotten some better bread… And suggestions for a really solid wheat?
