Chicken Gnocchi Soup with Cauliflower Gnocchi

I made the Skinnytaste Chicken Gnocchi soup but subbed a package of Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi for the regular gnocchi. I air fried them so that they would hold up well. 312 calories per serving 32 grams protein. So good!
