This Strawberry Panna Cotta is an Italian classic. It is straightforwardly easy to prepare and delicious too. Panna Cotta means cooked cream. It is a five, 5 ingredient recipe that is without counting water and replacing lemon juice with water.
As the name says, you cook the cream, stabilize it with gelatin, set for four hours, and make the topping or sauce called strawberry coulis. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp tap water
2 tsp gelatin powder

250ml heavy cream
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract or essence

250g strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice or water

Optional: Berries of choice
