That’s what they all say at first, truth is bread is a cheap product and comes pre sliced. That doesn’t mean it isn’t fun making your own. Another aspect is calories, no matter what you do at home you’ll be hard pressed getting the calories per slice as low as commercial bread.
Looks good! Unlike what a couple of posters are saying it is entirely possible to not buy bread and make all of the loaves you eat. I have done it for 18 months now.
