The lazy lasagna is spinach and ricotta ravioli layered with meat sauce, topped with cheese. Will be frozen.
Cheeseburger pie is enough beef to fill a pie shell, (I use frozen deep dish) browned and drained, onions sauted with it (optional) and just enough tomato sauce to get the beef wet. Yes that is the actual measurement.
Fill pie shell, beat one egg with some milk and pour evenly over beef in pie shell. Top with shredded cheese, add top pie shell and crimp together and egg wash. I forgot to egg wash so mine is pale.
Bake at 400°f for 10 minutes, then turn down to 350°f for one hour. Remove and serve. My parents eat it with chili sauce.

Those lasagnas are beautiful! I was wondering in what order you layer them? I see that the ravioli bits are on top of some beef, but was wondering if there was anything under that. I’d love to try my own spin of those! 💜
