    Foundational Recipe, less or more ingredients is up to you:

    Sauce:

    1 full raw mango

    Coconut milk

    2 yellow onions, 1 ginger stalk, 4 cloves of garlic (Steamed and cooked)

    Spices: 1tsp.of each; turmeric, cayenne, gram masala, coriander, cumin, paprika, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon.
    Blend in a blender together

    Proportion is up to the discretion of the cook:
    Sautéed with herbs and olive oil.

    Herbs: oregano, parprika(spice), parsley, cilantro, chives, and rosemary.
    Zucchini, broccoli, tempeh, tofu, Japanese purple sweet potatoes, bell peppers, eggplant, and beets.

    Once cooked or steamed to your choice, pour sauce on top and let Cook for a minute or two on low heat.

    Pour over rice of choice add 3-4 large leaves of spinach on the side.
