Recipe:
-Tilapia loins -salt, pepper, paprika, melted butter and garlic, lemon juice. Bake in oven 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes
-Mushrooms -cook with soy sauce, garlic and oil on a pan (feel free to add left over garlic butter with lemon juice from above)
-Cauliflower -season with salt and garlic, drizzle with vegetable oil and bake in oven at 425 for 20 min, flip over cauliflower and bake for an additional 10 minutes
