My tomato fruita have little black specks. Are they ruined?

   They were all looking great but then about a week ago i noticed these little black specks popping up. Are the fruits ruined? What should i do?

   Edit: Zone 10a, these are my winter crops

   Any insects seen in the crop? Especially larger bugs?

   Ant bites? Spray Neem oil on them.
