
I feel like I’m showing off a newborn. 🥹 My first attempt. A little bit denser crumb than I’d like but so soft and tender, nice rise overall. Great sandwich bread.

Those look great, bet they had great flavor. You might want to add a pinch of yeast to make them more airy. I use both starter for flavor and yeast for poof.

Can you tell us about those pans. They look cast iron. Do you proof in those (room temp or cold?) or “sling them in” with the parchment paper into the preheated pans?
