Not from eastern Ohio but have family from there, so I was raised on Briar Hill pizza. Crust, red sauce, green bell peppers, and “shake cheese” (aka Kraft Parmesan). Thoughts?

I’d probably be entirely whelmed by this but I’m so curious why there are two separate F-tier regional pizzas from that part of the country that specifically feature green bell peppers and dollar store cheese

  2. This sounds like it could be pretty good as a riff on a tomato pie. If the sauce is good, they use real Parmesan, and the peppers are crunchy, I’d eat this.

It looks like a shrunk Chicago style deep dish, but that has a more than satisfying amount of cheese!

Are those the only toppings for that restaurant or is it your preferred combination?

I’d be down if the parmesan was fresh. I love bell pepper on a pizza, but the cheese has to be fresh for me.

that looks good but the sauce better be delicious or else it’s a no go.

Is this the reason Michigan hates Ohio so much?

  8. Your the one that tasted it… 10 out of 10?? Or nah

That Kraft Parm is gross but I suppose if had to use it for one thing pizza isn’t the worst choice. Looks too doughy anyways.
