
it’s the prosciutto, provolone & roasted tomatoes on focaccia (add mesclun greens) from The Cheese Shop in Colonial Williamsburg. i made the focaccia, copycat house dressing, and roasted tomatoes myself.
my husband and i have driven 45+ minutes each way just to get this sandwich probably 10 times in the last decade. it doesn’t look like much but it’s the perfect sandwich in my opinion. tons of flavor, not super heavy, and easy to eat. now i can have it have home whenever i want 🥲
