I N G R E D I E N T S for Graham Crackers:
Makes about 16 – 2 1/4 by 5 inch (5.5 x 12.5 cm) Graham Crackers
Ingredients
▪ ¾ cup/94g all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface
▪ ¾ cup/106g graham or whole-wheat flour
▪ ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
▪ ¼ teaspoon baking soda
▪ ¼ teaspoon baking powder
▪ ¼ teaspoon salt
▪ 6 tablespoons/85g unsalted butter, softened
▪ ⅓ cup/65g packed light-brown sugar
▪ 1 tablespoon/21g honey
▪ 1 large egg
*B A K E at 350F/180C for about 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
* Graham crackers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week.
