My usual, 1lb ground chuck 80/20, 1 l lb ground pork, 1 packet each of Liptons Beefy Onion soup mix, and Golden Onion soup mix, a huge tbsp of dehydrated onion, 2 small eggs, and I change out either War Chester Site sauce, A1 Sweet Hickory, toss it into a mixer on low, just enough to gently combine everything without making it into paste….divide it all into 8oz burgers or so, I coat each side with vegetable oil, heat up the grill and GrillGrates to about 600°f…cook 2 min, rotate 90° for another 2 min, flip, and repeat…they seem to come out perfect everytime, you can adjust your time for your particular finish

but why?
Looks delicious! I have a lodge griddle one side, and raised grill on the other side like that.
Ugh, I am confused at what the logic is here. One set of grates isn’t enough you needed two? You just used your grill but with extra steps for nothing.

Yeah bro, regular grates do just fine.
Are these burgers or grilled meatloaf?
I won’t hate man. Do your thing if you like and believe in those grates do it!
What I found most interesting was your burger blend. I did think about using pork in a burger blend just to try it once.
Dont like to rehydrate the onions?
