3 ingredient pancake recipe i made – 16 tbsp ground almond, 1 egg, 16tbsp milk
that’s literally it just whisk it with a fork. it’s quick and easy and u don’t need like 45 ingredients.

16 tbs = 1 cup for anyone reading this. Unless OP meant tsp, in which case its 1/3 cup.
Much easier to measure one thing once, then 16 times.

How gritty were they? I find almond flour or ground almonds to be way too gritty for my liking, typically.

I make mine with 0 carb vanilla flavor protein powder, as it’s way less grittier than almond flour. I also use a block of cream cheese & 4 tablespoons of butter, as the fat makes a moist. I also add 2 eggs & a little bit of baking powder to make it fluffy. And some vanilla extract to give it some more flavor.
