1/4 Teaspoon black salt
1/2 Cup Mushrooms (in Omlette)
Handful of Rocket
Eyeballed salsa (sorry)
Sprinkle of vegan feta and pumpkin seeds (will toast the seeds in the future)
Basic vinaigrette using redwine vinegar and olive oil)
