My Oreo Brownies I made today

Recipe.

95g plain flour
1/2 tsp of salt
43 cocoa powder
170g unsalted butter
3tbsp of oil
300 granulated sugar
2tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs plus 1 yolk
140g choc chips
1 full pack of Oreo cookies chopped

Preheat oven to 180°c

Sift flower, cocoa and salt in a bowl.

Add into a sauce pan the butter, sugar and oil, turn on the heat and stir and melt all the butter

Once melted add in vanilla extract

Whisk eggs and add them into the mix very slowly

Add the wet mix into the dry and mix

Then add in the choc chips and half the Oreos, don’t mix too much.

Pour the batter into a lined 9×9 baking tin and scatter the remaining Oreos on top, bake for 25-30 min
