I've looked around on the Internet about what this could be but I'm still not sure.. Should I throw it away or just wash jt or remove it

I’d say mould. Looks like mycelium.

don’t throw it away! i don’t think it’s mold; it’s shaped too nicely and bright. Looks like spilled baking soda from a big bag. How it’s all crumpled together, and when you pour it out, there are pellets, like the above.

It might be okay..
Id remove it and still eat it.
