Brioche bread to test out my stand mixer

    2 day ferment because I wasn’t free yesterday to bake it. 

    Stand mixer couldn’t handle it at the end so I slapped and folded a bit to get it to where I wanted. Just did 6 100g balls into my loaf tin and baked for like 30 minutes maybe. I’m not really sure, I was doing it all by eye and nearly forgot about them proofing. Used the left over bits for a burger bun!

    Sorry your excellent Brioche failed. It will need to be confistcated under the 1968 (Bullshit bread law). Addition fines include 2 eggs over easy, and coffee with cream. Also not sure porn is allowed on this subreddit.
